AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 4A OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
BY MAKING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO TITLE 10
OF THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE CREATING A
PASSENGER ILOADING 'ZONE AND NO PANKING ZONE ON
PARK PLACE
The City Council ~of the City of Saratoga does hereby ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: Section i~1 of Ordinan~e 4A of the City of Sara-
toga is hereby amended by adding to Section 10.1.5-2.3
of Article 5, Chapter 1, Title 10 of the Santa Clara County Ordi-
nance Code therein adopted by reference, the following portion of
Park Place, which is hereby declared to' be a "Passenger Loading
Zone," subject to the regulations governing the same in said
Santa Clara CoUnty Ordinance Code:
The Northwest side of Park Place fro~ a point on the
curbline 66' Northeasterly along said curbline from
the intersection of said curbline with the curbline
of Oak Place, adjacent to power pole 14495 to a point
113' Northeasterly along said curbline from said inter-
section. '
SECTION 2: Section 1.1 of Ordinance 4A of the ·City of Saratoga
is hereby amended by adding to Section 10.1.8-2.1
of Article 8, Chapter 1, Title 10 of the Santa Clara County=
Ordinance Code therein adopted.by reference, the following
designated street or portion· of the same which is declard to
be a congestod area and designated as "No Parking Area" and
subject to the prohibitions as set forth in Section 10.1o8-2
of the Santa Clara County Ordinance Code:
The Easterly side of Park Place from a point 10' South easterly
of the South line of Lot 4, Saratoga Park Lots to 5' North
of the North line of Lot 2 of Saratoga Park Lots.
This ordinance was regularly introduced after the waiting
time required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this
