The City Council of the City of Saratoga does ordain as
follows:
SECTION l: All funds belonging to the City of Saratoga
shall be deposited by the City Treasurer in
the B~K OF ANERICA N.T.&S.A., Saratoga Branch.
~ SECTION 2: The City Council shall not consider nor
-~ allow any clai~ or bill unless the same be
· itemized and is presented and filed with the City Clerk
within thirty days after the last item of the account or
claim accrued.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the
waiting time required by law was thereafter passed and adopted
