AN ORDINANCE A~ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15 and
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15-A, 15-B~ 15-C,
15-D~ 15-E~ 15-F~ 15-G~ 15-H, and No. 15-I,
OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AND ESTABLISHING
THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK-CITY ADMINISTRATOR
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: Ordinances No, 15TA, 15-B, 15-C, 15-D, 15-E, 15-F, 15-G,
15-H, and 15-I of the City of Saratoga are hereby repealed.
Section 1.1 of Ordinance No. 15 of the City of Saratoga is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1.1: The compensatiofi for the City Clerk-City Administrator
of the City of Saratoga is hereby fixed and established
at ~the sum and rate of $1,250.00 per month commencing
- April 1, 1967. No additional compensation will be
~ .. granted to the Gity Clerk-Administrator for concurrent
service as Acting Director of Public Works.
This 6rdinance was regularly introduced and after .the waiting time
required by law thereafter passed ~nd adopted this 3rd day of
May
, 1967, by the following vote:
