AN ORDINANCE ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15 AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 15-'K'.OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AND ESTABLISHING
THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK-CITY ADMINISTRATOR
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 15-KIjof the' City of Saratoga is hereby
repealed. Section 1.1 of Ordinance No. 15 of the
City of Saratoga is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 1.1: The compensation for the City Clerk-City Administrator
of the City of Saratoga is hereby fixed and established
at the sam and rate of $1,570.00 per month commencing July 1, 1969.
This ordinance was re.gularly introduc~ed and after the waiting time
required by law thereafter passed and adopted this 6th day of August ,
1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Dwyer, Robb~ins, Smith, Sanders
NOES: None
