AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15 AND REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. t'5-L OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA!AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF
THE CITY CLERK-CITY MANAGER
The City Council of the City of Saratoga~does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 15-~lof the City of Saratoga is hereby re-
pealed. Section 1.1 of Ordinance No. 15 of the City of
~ 7 ~ac0~'~!bereby amended to read ~as ~ollows:
SECTION 1.1: The compensation for !the City Clerk-City Manager of the
City of Saratoga is hereby fixed and e~t._abl~hed at the
sum and rate of $1750 per mont~ c6r~c£n~hty 1, 1970.
This ordinance was regul~l~ introduced and after the waiting time
required by law thereafter passed and a~opted this 15th .day of July ,
1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Dwyer, Bridges
NOES: None
