~e City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION h The s~ Of $52,000.00 is hereby fixed as the
of revenue from property t~s necessa~ to support
the depart~nts of the City of Saratoga for the current fis~l
year ~d to pay ~y indebtedness of said city.
SECTION 2: ~e sum of $3,325.00 is Mereby fixed aS the amount
of revenue uecessa~ to be raised to pay the cost
of "S~ DiStrict 1" lighting district within the City of Saratoga
for the current fiscal year ~d all of the l~ds exclusive of
i~rove~nts within Said district are hereby assessed in said
total sum, each parcel hereby bein~ declared to be banefired
. by the i~rove~nt of the fumishinE of elect=it current ~d
the maintenets of the street liEbrinE system presently located
in said district, in the proportion that the Msesse~ valuation
of its l~d exclusive of i~rove~nts bears to the total as-
. sessed valuation of all the l~d, exclusive of i~rovements,
of the entire district, ~d said assassent shall Be ~d is
hereb~ prorated over all of said parcels in direct proportion
to each's assessed valuation, exclusive of i~rove~nts.
SEC~ON 3: ~e sum of $1710.00 is hereby fixed as the amount
of revenue necessa~ to be raised to pay the cost
of "'~ule LiEhtinE District" within the City of Saratoga for
the current fiscal year, ~d all of the land exclusive of
provaunts within said district are hereby assessed in said
total sum, each parcel hereby bein~ declamd to be banefired
~y the i~ve~nt of the fumishin~ of electric current ~d
the minten~ce of the street liEhtin~ s~stem presently lo-
cated in said district, in the proportion that the assessed
valuation of its land exclusive of i~rove~nts bears to the
total assessed valuation of all the l~d, exclusive of
~nts, of the entire district, ~d said assessor shall be and is
is hereby prorated over all of said parcels in direct proportion
to cat's assessed valuation, exclusive of i~rove~nts.
