ORDINANCE APPROVING BUDGET FOR CITY OF SARATOGA
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1960-1961
WHEREAS, the City Clerk-Administrator has prepared a proposed
budget for the.City of Saratoga for the. fiscal year Julyl, 1960 to
and including June 30, 1961, at the direction of the Council, and a
hearing has been held on the s~m~, and ~aid ~roposed budget is.hereby
found to be reasonable and adequate,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council' of the City of .Saratoga does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: That certain proposed budget for the City.of
Saratoga for the fiscal year July 1, 1960 to
and including .June 30, 1961, original of which budget is
on file in the City offices, be and the same is hereby
approved and adopted as the budget for said. fiscal year
for the City of Saratoga.
.Section 2: The M~yor 'of the City. of Saratoga is hereby
directed to certify'said original budget as
the budget adopted by this ordinance.
The above-and foregoing ordinan~e'waslpassed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga a~ a regular meeting held on the
3rd day of August , i960, by the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Drake, Langwill
NOES: None
ABSENT: Jepsen
