ORDINANCE APPROVING PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR CITY OF SARATOGA
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1965-66
WHEREAS, the City Clerk-Administratbr has prepared a proposed budget
for the City of Saratoga for the fiscal year July 1, 1965 to and
including June 30~ i966~ at the direction of the Council, and a
hearing has been held on the same,~and said proposed budget is
hereby found to be reasonable and ~dequate,
NOW, 'THEREFORE, Ithe City Council of the City of Saratoga does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: That c~rtain proposed budget for the City of Saratoga
for the fiscal year July 1, 1965 to and including
June 30~ 1966, original of which budget is on file in the City
Offices, be and the s~Lme is approved and adopted as the prelimi-
nary budget for said fiscal year for the City of Saratoga.
Section 2: The Mayor of'the C~ty of Saratoga is hereby directed
to certify said original budget as the preliminary
budget adopted by this ordinande.
The above and foregoing ordinance was'passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
16th day of June, 1965~ by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon~ Hartman~ Drake, Burry
