ORDINANCE APPROVING BUDGET FOR
CITY OF SARATOGA
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1968-69
WHEREAS, the City Clerk-Administrator has prepared a proposed
budget for the City Of Saratoga for the fiscal year July 1, 1968
to and including June 30, 1969, at the direction of the Council and a
heating has been'~held on the same, and said proposed budget is hereby
found to be reasonable and adequate,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That certain proposed budget f~r the City of Saratoga
for the fiscal year July 1, 1968 to and including June 30, 1969, original
of which budget is on file in the City Offices, be and the same is
approved and adopted as the prel~iminary budget for seid fiscal year
for the City of Saratoga.
SECTION 2: The Mayor of the'City of Saratoga is hereby directed to
certify said original budget as~the preliminary budget adopted by this
ordinance.
The above and foregoing ordinance was passed and adopted by the City
Council'of the City of Saratoga'. at a regular meeting held on the 17th
day of Ju~y~,I~1968=, by the following vote:
