ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 47 AND ADOPTING
REVISED BUDGET FOR CITY OF. SARATOGA FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1969-70
WHEREAS, the City Clerk-Administrator has prepared a revised budget,
dated August 12, 1969, for the City of. Saratoga for the fiscal year
July 1, 1969 to and including June 30,i 1970, at the direction of the
Council and a hearing has been held on the same, and. said proposed, re-
vised budget is hereby found to be reasonable and adequate,
NOW, THEREFOPS, the City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby
ordain as foll~¢s:
SECTION 1: That certain proposed budget for the City of Saratoga for
the .fisCal year July 1, 1969 to and including June 30, 1970, adopted by
Ordinance No. 47 on July 14, 1969, is hereby superseded and the revision
thereof, original of which revised budget is on file in the City Offices, be
and the same is approved and adopted as the official budget for said fiscal
year for the City of Saratoga.
SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City of Saratoga is hereby directed to certify;
said original budget as the Official Budget adopted by this ordinance.
The above and foregoing ordinance was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 20th
day of August , 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Robbins, Dwyer, Smith and Sanders
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
