AN EXTENSION OF THE EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF SARATOGA PLACING A MORATORIUM ON CONDOMINIUM AND
OTHER CO~BMUNITY HOUSING CONVERSIONS FROM RENTAL
HOUSING IN SAID CITY PENDING ADOPTION OF PERMANENT
COMMUNITY HOUSING CONVERSION REGULATIONS
OTdinance No. 61 adopted the 21st day of October, 1975 which is entitled,
"A~ Emergency Ordinance of the City of Saratoga Placing a Moratorium on
Condominium and Other Com~nunity Housing Conversions from Rental Housing
in Said City Pending Adoption of Permanent Community Housing Convergion
Regulations", is hereby extended to remain in full force and effect to
June 21, 1976.
The above foregoing ordinance and public hearing held thereon was intro-
duced as an urgency and emergency measure, and was hereby passed and adopted
at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga on the
3rd day of March, 1976 by the following vote, Which vote constitutes no
less than a four-fifth's vote of the entire City Council of the City of
Saratoga;
