AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA ADDING
SECTION 9-05,050 TO THE SARATOGA CITY CODE RELATING
TO DESIGNATION OF CITY ENGINEER AS CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as
follows:
Section 1. Section 9-05,050 is hereby added to Chapter 9
of the Saratoga City Code to read as follows:
§ 9-05.050 City Traffic Engineer
The City Engineer shall be the designated City Traffic
Engineer for purposes of Chapter 9 and for enforcement of
relevant provisions of the Vehicle Code.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was regularly
introduced and after the waiting time required by law, was
Council of Saratoga held on the 19th day r ,
1992, by the following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Clevenger, Monia, Stutzman and Mayor Kohler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
