AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING
SECTION 15-30.160(b) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA,
RELATING TO TIME LIMIT FOR ERECTION
AND REMOVAL OF TEMPORARY POLITICAL SIGNS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as
follows:
Section 1. Section 15-30.160(b) of the Code of the City of
Saratoga is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 15-30.160. Temporary Political Sians.
(a.) . . .
(b.) tM~4Pl~e--e~8 remove1. A temporary political sign

be completely removed not later than five days after
the date of the e election to which it relates."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was re~larly
introduced and after the waiting time retired by law, was
thereafter passed and adopted at a re~lar meeting of the City
Co~cil of Saratoga held on the 2rid day of Decembe~ ,
1992, by the following vote.
AYES: Counc i 1 members Kohl er, Moni a and Mayor Anderson
NOES: Councilmembers Burger and Tucker
ABSENT: None ~ ~ ~
