AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING SECTION 5-3. 160
OF CHAPTER V, ARTICLE 30, RELATING TO EXTENSION
OF UTILITY USERS TAX "SUNSET" PROVISION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA DOES HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 5-30,160 of the Code of the City of
Saratoga is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 5-30.160 'Repeal of Article.
This Article shall automatically be repealed
on July 1, 2000."
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of Saratoga held on the3rd
__ day of May , 1995, by the following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Jacobs, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor Burger
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
