AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING SECTION 9-25.020
OF CHAPTER IX, ARTICLE 25, RELATING TO
PARICING REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL HIGHWAYS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA DOES HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 9-25.020 of the Code of the City of Saratoga is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 9-25.020 Parking for display or repair prohibited.
No person who owns or has possession, custody or control
of any vehicle shall park or leave standing or cause to be
parked or left standing such vehicle upon any public street
or highway or any other public property in the City for the
principal putpose of servicing, repairing, assembling,
disassembling, modifying or otherwise working on such
vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency."
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days
after its passage and adoption.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was regularly introduced and after the
waiting time required by law, was thereafter passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of Saratoga held on the 5th day of May ., 1995, by the
following vote.
