AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15-12-160 BY ADDING
SUBSECTION (e) THERETO, RELATING TO STORAGE OF
PERSONAL PROPERTY AND MATERIALS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows: /
Section 1. Section 15 - 12.160 of the Code of the City of Saratoga is hereby amended,
by adding subsection (e), to read as follows:
"S ection 15 - 12.160 Storage of personal property and mated al s.
~i) o purposes of this section, the term "unenclosed storage" means storage of
i~e~mFs ~vhiCh ardnot completely enCloSed within a Structure or completei~ '
~creened from public view by a permanent solid fence or wail which streetS!
fence or wall has been constructed or installed in accordance with the _r_egu!ati'_~b~

Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (B0) days after its
passage and adoption.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was regularly introduced and after the
waiting time required by law, was thereafter passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council of Saratoga held on the 15thday of November , 1995, by the following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe and Mayor Jacobs
NOES: None
None
ABSENT:
MAYOR
