NS3.65 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY REVISING SECTION 10.3(b) TO ALLOW BULLETIN BOARDS ON SCHOOL SITES. The City Council of the City of Saratoga does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: Section 10.3(b) of Ordinance NS-3, the Zoning Ordinance, is amended to read as follows:' (b) In addition to an identification sign, a bulletin board, not more than twenty square feet in area, on the site of a chuch or school provided that the content of the bulletin board relates to an activity conducted at, or sponsored by, the church or school. These bulletin boards shall be exempt from the design review and sign permit requirements of Section 10.2 of this ordinance but shall be no higher than 10 feet. SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases may be held invalid or unconstitutional. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption.
