AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
REZONING CERTAIN TERRITORY OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA AND AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP, APN ~q7-29-02
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1.' Parcel 397-29-02 (porti6n)located at lot 1,
~r~gtNo. 7499 off HerrimanAvenue , depicted on the zoning
map as is shown as a cross hatched area on Exhibit "A" is hereby
reclassified from R-1-12,500 .to R-1-10,000
zoning district.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its passage and adoption.
The above and foregoing ordinance was introduced at a
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the
]5 day of October , 1986 , and adopted at a
meeting held on the 5th 'day of November , 1986 , by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Clevenger, Foyles, and Mayor Hlava
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Peterson
