AN ORDINANCE AMENDING bRDINANCE NS-3,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SARATOGA, BY ADDING CERTAIN REGULATIONS
GOVERNING ACCESS OF CORRIDOR LOTS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1: The following sentence is hereby
added to Section 3.5 of Article 3
or Ordinance NS-3 of the City of Saratoga;
No corridor lot shai'l have access to the
turnaround space of a street cul-de-sac.
Section 2: If any section, subsection, sentence,
clause or phrase of this ordinance is
for any reason held by a court of competent juris-
diction to be invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining provisions
of this ordinance. The City Council of the City
of Saratoga hereby declares that it would have
passed this ordinance and each section, ~subsec~on,
sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective
of the fact that anyone or more sections, subsec-
tions., sentences, clauses or phrases be held invalid
or unconstitutional.
The above and foregoing ordinance, after public hearing
held thereon by the Planning Co,,,~dssion of the City of
Saratoga on the 13th day of .December , 1965, was there-
after introduced and public hearing held thereon by the
City Council thereof on the 19th day of .. January , 1966,
and was thereafter passed and adopted this. 2nd day of
February .... , 1966, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Tyler
NOES none
ABSENT: ~- Councilman Burry
