AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE'--NS-3, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA,
BY RESTRICTING USES IN "CN" AND "CC" ZONING
DISTRICTS TO THE THEREIN~MET FORTH LISTED USES
The City Council~ of the City of Saratoga does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1: The first portion of the first sentence of
sub-section (a) of Section 7.2 Ordinance NS-3,
which presently reads as follows:
"(1) Retail stores, offices and service establishments
including:"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(1) The following listed retail stores, offices and
service establishments:
Section 2: The first portion of the second sentence of
sub-section (b) of Section 7.2 Ordinance NS-3,
which presently reads as follows:
"(2) Stores, service establishments and amusement
establisbmm-nts including:"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(2) The following listed stores, service establishments
and amusement establishments:
~.ec. tion 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause
or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason
held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such
decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and
each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase'thereof,
irrespective of the fact that any one or more section, subsectionS,
sentences, clauses or phrases be held invalid or unconstitutional.
The above and foregoing Ordinance, after public hearing held
thereon by the Planning Co~nission of the City of Saratoga on the
14th day of ~ril , . , 1969, was thereafter introduced
and public hearing held thereon' by the City Council thereof on the
7th day of May · , 1969, and was thereafter passed
and adopted this 7th ii day of May , 1969, by
