AN ORDINANCE CLARIFYING SECTION
16.1.0~10~- ORDINANCE .NS-3
The City. Council of the C~ty of Saratoga hereby
ordains as followS:
SectiOn 1: The provisions of Section 16.10.1,
in error entitled Section 16.10, of
Ordinance NS-3 of the City of Saratoga, shall not be
applicable to any of the non-conforming uses set forth
in Section 15.3 of said ordinance.
Section 2: The above and foregoing is not a
change in the regulations, but is
rather a clarification of these regulations. At the time
of adopting Ordinance NS-3 of this City, it was the
intent of this City and this City Council that Section
16.10.1 (16.10) of said Ordinance constituted general
provisions governing pre-existing conditional uses in all
districts, and that Section 15.3 constituted specific,
more limiting regulations for certain specific non-
conforming uses' in residential~districts.
The above and foregoing was regularly introduced

passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 17th day of October , 1962, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Ritchie
NOES: None
ABSENT: Non e
