The City Council of the City of SaratogS does hereby ordain as
follows:
~ection 1: Subsection (c) or Section 10.3 of Ordinance NS-3,
the Zoning Ordinance, relating to signs is hereby
amended to read as fol!ows:
An identification sign not more than 16 square feet ,
in area on the site of a multi-family dv2elling.
~ion 2:' There is hereby added to Section 10.3 of Article 10
or Ordinance NS-3, the following subsection to be
desiSolated as Section 10.3 (h) x.~hich reads as fol!ovys:
An identification sign l}ot t:ore than 16 aqnare feet
in area on the site of a nursery school and day..care
nursery.
829t:_~j3..2: Subsection (d) and (e) of Section 10.4 of Ordinance.
kiS-3, the Zoning Ordinauce,. are hereby deleted and
.Snbsection .(f) of Section 10.4 of Ordinance NS--3, the Zoning Or~inaBqe,
is re~esignated as Subsection (d).
Section 4: Subsection (d) of Section 10.5 of Ordinance I,IS-3,
the Zoning Ordinance, relating to signs~ is hereby
amehd'ed to read as follows:
An identification sign not r~ore than 16 square feet
in area on the site of a multi-family d~mlli~g~
mote].~ and hotel.
SectSon 5: If any section~ subsectiou= sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by
a court of co~npetent 'ur~sd'lction to be invalid, such decision shall .not 3
affect the validity of the r~:~aining portions of this ordinance. The
City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby declares that it x.:ould have
passed this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence~ clause aud
phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact tbnt any one or more sections,
subsecti.ons~ sentences, clauses or phrases be held invalid or unconstitu-
tional.
Section 6: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect 30 days after the ~late of its passage
and adoption.
The above and foregoing~ after public baa~i:~g held thereon by the
Planning Con~sission of th~ City of Saratoga, ~.~as thereafter introduced and a
public hearing held thereon by the City Council thereof, and it was thereafter
