AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE :ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA BY ADDING SECTION 11.12 TO ARTICLE 11 PROHIBITING
U. SE. OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
S, ectign !: Section 11.12 is hereby added to Article 11 of Ordinance NS.-3, to read as follows:
No offstreet parkin~ or loadin~ facility related to any comnercia.1

Section 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this
ordi~nce is for any r~son held by a court of c~etent
jurisdiction ~o be invalid, such decision shall no= affect the validity ~f
the r~ini~ provisions of this ordinance. The Citytouncil~.~f Saratoga
hereby declares that it ~Uld have passed ~his ordi~nce a~ each section,
subsection, sentences clause a~ phrase ~hereof, irrespective of the fac~
that any one or mre sections, 'subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases
be held invalid or unconstitutional.
