AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA BY ADDING A CLAUSE TO THE LAST PARA-
GRAPH OF ORDINANCE NS~3, SECTION 3.2, SUBSECTION (G) AND
ORDINANCE NS-3, SECTION 5.2, SUBSECTION (G), PROVIDING AUTH-
ORIZATION FOR PICK UP OF CERTAIN ANIMALS TO THE DIRECTOR OF
PLANNING OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as
follows:
Section 1: The last period of the last paragraph of Ordinance
NS-3, Section 3.2, Subsection (g) and Ordinance NS-3,
Section 5.2, Subsection (g) is hereby changed to a semicolon, and the
following clause is added:
Such animal(s) may be removed by the Planning Director or his
authorized representative and taken to Hdm~ne So~.i~ty'bf Santa Cla~ Valley

The above and foregoing ordinance was regularly introduced on
the 5th .day of May , 19)1, and after the waiting
time required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this · 2nd
