AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. NS-3.~40 ,~,AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF SARATOGA PROPOSED BY THE INITIATIVE PROCESS,
BY ADDING NON-CONTEXT PROVISIONS AS CONTAINED IN
INITIAL PETITION.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby ordain as
follows:
ORDINANCE NS-3. 40 heretofore passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 7thday of December , 1977, be and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following Section V:
SECTION V. If any portion of this ordinance is declared in-
valid, the remaining portions are to be considered
severable and ~aridl
The above and foregoing Ordinance was regularly introduced and
after the waiting time required by law, was thereafter passed and adopted
· at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Cit~ of Saratoga, held
on the 3rd day of May , 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kalb, Corr, Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen _r~atte. o_n~.{~.&~ Kraus
