The~'following ~et of cr{teria shall be used in analyzing all application's for RecreatiOnal Courts: · 1. That any tennis courn shall. be designed to m~nimize the impact upon natural veneration, and topographical features in order to maintain the rural character of Saratoga. That any tennis court loca6ion shall be selected. to minimize adverse impacts due to drainage, e~osion, and earth movement' A Building Permit is required for each recreational' court, and prior no issuance thereof all construction plans' and l~ndscaping plans shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Depa½tment. Any decision of-the Planning Department can be appealed t~ the Planning Comraission-through the normal use Permit procedure. Further, a bond in"r~asonable amount to be set by the Planning' "Director shall'be furniSha~'to'the Eitylt6 guar'antee th'e instal.la- t{on of landscaping~mprovements 'in accord'wi~h'the appro~ed plan.
