AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS~3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
The City Coufieil of the Cit~ 6f Saratog~a hereby ordains as follows:
SECT. ION 1: Sectional District Map N0. ~7ci] 1 attached
hereto and incorporated .heroin by ~ference is
hereby adopied, and the ZoninE Ma~ of the City 0f SararoSa
adopted by Section !.8 of=Ordinance NS~3 of said City,
Eether with any amendmentS-thereto, is hereby chan~ed and
amended 5y sUbstitutins the crosshatched area on the fore;
Soins sectional district map for that po,rtion of the rOBins
Map delineat~d in 'and By the witSin-adOpted crosshatched
portion of the sectional district map.
So much of the Zonins Map of the City of SararoSa
to,ether with any amendments thereto, as is in conflict with
the within-adopted sectional district map is hereby superceded
and repealed.
S.ECTIGN 2: This ordinance reclassiftes certain property
shown an the attached sectional district map
from R-l-12e50.0 district to R-l-12,500-P-D
district. It shall become operative and take effect on
and after thirty (30) days from its date of passaSs.
This ordinance was reSularly introduced and after the waitins
time .required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 19~h
day of December , 19 62, by the followinS vote:
