AN ORDINANCE ,~4~NDING ORDINANCE NO. NS-3, M ZONING
ORDIN~uNCE, BY AMENDING TH.E ZONING ~
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-12, attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference, is hereby conditonally adopted
pursuant to Section 18,11 of Ordinance NS-3 of the City of Saratoga, Upon
compliance by DR. THO~S E. PARKER with all conditions attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, then and at that time
so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in conflict with
the cross-hatched area sho~m in the above described sectional district
map shall be superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property
shown on the attached sectional district map from R4~-4,000X
district to C-C district. It shall become operative and take effect on and
after thirty (30) days from its date of passaCe.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waitin.e. time required
by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 20th day of February
19 63 , by the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Ritchie
NOES: None

EXHIBIT "A"
CONDITIONS ON RECLASSIFICATION
1. No use shall be made of said property except Professional or
Administrative offi~:~s as mom pnrticulnrly defined in Sub-
Sections a and b of Section 6.2 of Ordinance NS-3.
2. Building permit for a structure to house one or more of the above
uses shall be obtained within one year from the adoption date of
this ordinance, and said structure shall thereafter be completed
in accord with said building permit.
