AN ORDINANCE A~NDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCe, BY
A~ENDING THE ZONING qAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-14, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, is hereby conditionally adopted pursuant to
Section 18.11 of Ordinance NS-3 o~ the City of Saratoed. Upon compliance by
ROBERT NEALE with all conditions attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorp--.
orated herein by reference, then and at that time so much of the zoning mad
of the City of Saratoed as is in conflict with the cross-hatched area shown
in the above described sectional district map shall be superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property shown
on the attached sectional district map from R-q-3,000 District
to C-C district. It shall become operative and take effect on and after
thirty (30) days from its date o~ passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waitin~ time required
by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 15th .day of May
1963, by the followin~ vote:
AYES: Glennon, Brazil, Hartman, Ritchie
NOES: Drake

EXHIBIT
CONDITIONS OF RECLASSIFICATION
1. Proper~y shall be limited to the use for which applied, i.e.,
Antique Shop and Art Gallery.
2. Specific Design Revie~ and full compliance with applicable pro-
visions of Ordinance NS-3 with par=icular concern as =o the pro-
priety of signs.
3. Property shall be placed in the approved use w~hin one year.
