AN ORDINANCE Ak~ENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, ~E ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY ~ENDING ~E ZONI~G HAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION h Sectional District ~ap No. ZC-16, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby conditionally
adopted pursuant to Section 18,11 of Ordinance NS-3 of the City
Saratoga, Upon compliance by LYLE J, BEllSON with all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by referencem '
then and at that time so much of the zonin~ map of the City of Saratoga
as is in conflict with the cross-hatched area shown iu the above des-
cribed sectional district map shall be suBerceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property
shown on the attached sectional district map from
to C-C District. It shall become onerative and take effect on and after
thirty (30) days from its date of passace.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waitin~ time
required by law was thereafter passed and adonted this 17th day of
July , 1963~ by the followin~ vote:

EXHIBIT "A"
CONDITIONS OF RECLASSIFICATION
1) No use shall be made of any of said real property.except for
restaurant use,'and for professional-administrative uses as
defined in Section 6.2 of OrdinanCe NS-3 of the City of Saratoga.
2) The structure to houseithe restaurant use shall be completed
in accord with all applicable ordinances of the City of Saratoga
~ithin 15 months from the date of passage of this ordinance.
3) All structures to house the above set forth uses shall be
located and constructed substantially in accord with the site
plan marked Exhibit "C" and presently on file in File No. C-55
in the offices of the City Planning Department of the City of
Saratoga.
