ORDINANCE MODIFYING CONDITIg~S OF RECLASSIFICATION SECTIONAL DISTRICT ~P ZC-16
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of Jul~j 1963, Ordinance NS-3-ZC~I~
was adopted by this Council conditi~ally reclassifying certain property
within the City to C-C zoning dist~t~ and thereafter the City Planning
Commission has recommended to this ~6uncil that Condition No. ~ of sa~id
ordinance be amended, and the owne~ ~f the p~perty having o0n~ented
thereto, : ..
REFORE, the
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance NS-3, Condition
of Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance NS-3-ZC-16, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2. Construction of the struoture to house the restaurant use
shall be commenced no later than October 17, 1968and shall
be completed within 18 months after date upon which construction
commences, all in accord with all applicable ordinances of
the City of Saratoga."
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time
required by law, was thereafter passed and adopted this 3rd day of
