AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3~ THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BY AMENDING ~]IE ZONING MkP
~te City CcuuciI of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION h Sectional District Map No, ZC-17 attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference is
hereby adopted, and the Zoning F~p of the City of Saratoga
adopted by Section 1o8 of Ordinance NS~3 of said C!ty~
gether with any amendments thereto, is hereby changed and
amended by substituting the crossilatched area on the fore-
going sectional district map for that portion of the Zoning
Yap delineated in a~d by the wtthtm~.9/]op~ed crosshatched
portion of the sectional distriot map.
So,much of the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga,
together~th any amendments thereto, as is in conflict with
the withfn~adopted sectional district map is hereby super-
ceded and repealed.
SECTION Z: This ordinance reclasstfiea certain property
