AN ORDINANCF A~NDING ORDINANCE MS-3, THE ZOHI~ ORDINANCE,
BY ~2.IENDING THE ZONING M~?
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District ~[ap !~o. ZC-ta, attached hereto and in-
corporated herein by reference, is hereby conditionally
adopted pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance NS-3 of the City of
Saratoga. Upon compliance by VIRGIL ~ERRIIjG with all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference,
then and at that time so much of the zoning man of the City of Saratoga
as is in conflict with the cross-hatched area shown in the above
described sectional district map shall be superceded and repe~led.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclasstfies certain progerry
sho~.m on the attached sectional district map from P-A District
to C-C district. It shall become operative and take effect on and after
thirty (30) days from its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and 'after the waitinZ time

CONDITIONS ON RECLASSIFICA~ION
1. ~o use shall be made of any of said real property except for antique
shop and art gallery use.
2. The structure to house the above set forth use shall be completed, and
the above set forth use shall be established, within twelve (12) T~onths
from the effective date of this ordinance.
