AN ORDINANCE A~fl~NDING ORDINANCE NS-3, TliE ZONING
ORDINANCE, BY A~tENDING THE ZONT_NG MAP
-The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-19, attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference, is hereby c.ondfttonally adopted
pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance NS-3 of the City of Saratoga. Upon
compliance by W.zLRREN D. PORTER~JR with all conditions attached hereto as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, then and at that time so
much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in conflict with the
cross-hatched area shown in the above described sectional district map
shall be superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclasstfies certain property
shown on attached sectional district map from R-M-3,000 to
C-C district. It shall become operative and take effect on and after
thirty (30) days from Its date of apassage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time required
by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 4th day of March
1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Drake, Brazil, Harman Tyler
ABSENT: None

Florists
Gift Shops
Hardware Shops
Locksmiths
PIillinery Shops
Music Stores
Optician and Optometrist Shops
Photography Studios
Picture Franing Shops
Realtors and Real Estate Offices
Scientific Instrument Stores
Stamp and Coin Stores
Stationery Stores
Travel Bureaus
Addreseograph Services
Blueprint and photostat Shops
Gunsmith Shops
Laboratories
Printing Shops
Radio and Television Repair Shops
Upholstering Shops
2. Property shall be placed in the approved use within one (1) year.
