SECTIOn] 1: Sectional District Map Mo. ZC-2..4 ., attached hereto and incor-
porated heroin by reference, is hereby conditionally adopted
pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance MS-3 of the City of Saratoga. Upon
compliance by Maxmar Investment Company . , ~.~ith all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, then and at
that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in tomflier
with the cross-hatched area sho~m in the above described sectional district map
shall be superceded and repealed.
SECTIOIt 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property sho~m on
the attached sectional district map from
R-1.-12~500 ..to ~R-M-5m000-P-C
It shall become operative and tal;e effect on and after thirty (30) da~s from
its date of passage.
This ordinance ~as regularly introduced and after the l-;aiting time required
by la~ was thereafter passed and adopted this - 2nd day of December
1964, by the follo~ring vote:

CONDITIONS OF RECLASSIFICATION
h The entire site shall be developed in accord with the
final site development plan dated October 10, 1964,
prepared by Paul Frechett and presently on file in
File C-71 in the of£ices of the City of Saratoga
and buildin~ pet~n~ts shall have been issued and con-
struction co-..enced on all structures sho~n on said
site development plan no later than one (1) year from
date hereof, and all construction completed no later than
two (2) years from date hereof.
2. Maxmar Investment Company~ Inc., shall enter into a
standard form condom~niummaintenance contract with the
City of Saratogas in accord with Section 4A.6(a)(2) of
Ordinance NS-3 of said City.
