'NS-3-,ZC-25 AN OPj)I~tAi'ICE A~.~NDING OPtDIStANCE NS-3 TNE ZONII~G OF~DIMAI']CE, BY AI, ZNDING T}~ ZONI~]G ],LAP The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows: SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-25 , attached hereto and incor- porated herein by reference, is hereby conditionally adopted pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance MS-3 of the City of Saratoga. Upon compliance by Clarence W. Neale , with all conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, then and at that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in comflict with the cross-hatched area shoxm in the above described sectional district map shall be superceded and repealed. SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property shown on , the attached sectional district map from 'R-M-4,000 (Multiple Residential) to "Conditional C-C" (Conditional Conmaunity Commercial) It shall become operative and take effect on and after thirty (30) days from its date of passage. EXHIBIT 1, The site, includin~ the residence thereon, shall be used solely as an Art andAntiqueShop(s) and Offices pertainir~thereto, except that the residence my be retained for residential use subject to compliance with any ordinance requirements. 2, The structure to be erected'on theabove site for use of anArt and Antique Shop(s) and Offices related thereto shall be constructed and completed within 18 months and shall be located and constructed sub- stantially in accord with the plot plan and exterior elevation presently on file under File No. C-80 of the Planning Co-nission of the City of Saratoga. There shall be no more than one sign, designed and constructed in accordance with Article 10 of Ordinance NS-~, erected on the site, 3.
