ORDINANCE MODIFYING CONDITIONS
OF RECLASSIFICATION.?~'SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP ZC-25
WHEREAS, on the 3d day of February, 1965, Ordinance
NS-3-ZC-25 was adopted by this Council.conditionally're-
classifying certain property within the City to C-C zoning
district, and thereafter the City Planning Commission has
recommended to this Council that Condition No.' 3 of said
ordinance be eliminated, and the owner of the property
having consented thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, T~e City Council of the City of
Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance
NS-3, Conditi6n (3).0f Exhibit "A"
attached to Ordinance NS-3-ZC-25, be and the same
is hereby eliminated And waived.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after
the waiting time required by law, was thereafter passed
and adopted this 21st day of April , 1965, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Hartmah, Tyler, Burry
NOES: none
ABSENT: Co'Uncilman Drake
