ORDINANCE MODIFYING CONDITIONS OF RECLASSIFICATION SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP ZC-25
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of February, 1965, Ordinance NS-3-ZC-25 was adopted by
this Council conditionally reclassifying certain property within the City to
C-C zoning district, which ordinance was subsequently amended by Ordinance
No. NS-3-ZC-25-A adopted April 21, 1965, and thereafter the City Planning
Commission having recommended to this Council that Conditions 1 and 2 of said
ordinance be amended, and the owner of the property having consented thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance NS-3, Conditions 1
and 2 of Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance NS-3-ZC-25, be
and the same are hereby amended to read as follows:
"1. The site, including the residence thereon, shall be used solely
for the uses set forth in Condition 2, except that the residence
may be retained for residential use subject to compliance with
any ordinance'requirements."
"2. The structure to be erected on the above site may be used for
Art and Antique Shop, Real Estate and Insurance offices, Sporting
Goods Shop, Photography and Picture Shop, Furniture Restoring
Shop, and/or Beauty Shop and offices related thereto, and shall
be constructed and completed within 25 months from February 3,
1965 and shall be located and constructed substantially in accord
with the plot plan and exterior elevation presently on file under
File No. C~80 of the Planning Commission of the City of Saratoga.
There shall be no ~ore than one sign, designed and constructed in
accordance with Art~icle 10 of Ordinance NS-3, erected on the site."
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time required
by law, was thereafter passed and adopted this 15th .day of December ,
