The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follox. ls:
SECTIO~] 1: Sectional District 'Map No. ZC-29 , attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference, is hereby conditionally adopted
pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance HS-3 of the City of Saratoga, Upon
compliance by NEIL K. CHASE , with all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, then and at
that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in comflict
x. rlth the cross-hatched area sho~m in the above described sectional district map
shall be superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property sho~n on
the attached sectional district map from ."R-.1-10~000" to
. "R-M-3,000" '
it shall become operative' and take effect on and after ~hirty (30) days from
its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time required
by law was thereafter passed and adopted this ~20th day of October ·

EXHIBIT A
1. ~he site shall be used solely for an apartment building of
three stories not exceeding height limitation of Ordinance
No. NS-3.
2. The structure to be erected on the site for use as an apartment
building shall be constructed and completed within 18 months
from the effective date of this ordinance and shall be located
and constructed~ together with landscaping, substantially in
accord with the plot plan, perspective and exterior'elevations
presently on file under File No, C-86 of the Planning Con~mission
of the City of Saratogas which plans are labeled Exhibit
and Exhibit ~IB" (consisting of Perspective and Drawings P-1
and P-2).
