AN (P. DINANCE k. MENDIN~ ORDINANCE NS-J, THE ZONINC CRDINAN~
BY AHENDING THE ZONING HAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
.S. ECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. Zc-3 attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference is
hereby adopted, and the Zoning l~ap of the City of Saratoga
adopted by Section 1o8 of Ordinance NS-3 of said City, to-
gether with any amendments thereto, is hereby changed and
~u~uded by substitutin~ the crosshatched area on the fore-
goin~ sectional district map for that partion of the Zoning
Map delineated in and by the within-adopted crosshatched
portion of the sectional district map.
So much of the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga
together with any amendments thereto, as is in conflict with
the within-adopted sectional district map is hereby superceded
and repealed,

district. It shall become eperat'Z~;'e and take effect on
and after thirty (30) days fr~n its date of passage.
This ordinance was reg~xlarly introduced and after the waiting
time required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 7th
day of February , 1962 , by the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Langwill, Hartman
