ICE AMENDING OP~)I~IANCE NS-3 TIiE ZONIt]G OP~DINAi.]CE, BY AI.~NDING TIm ZONING MAP The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows: SECTIOn] 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-31. ~ attached hereto and incor- porated herein by references is hereby conditionally adopted pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance MS-3 of the City of Saratoga. Upon compliance by HAMILTON DEVELOPMENT C0RPORATTON , ~,~ith all conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference~ then and at that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in comflict l.;ith the cross-hatched area sho~a% in the above described sectional district map shall be superceded and repealed. Hamilton Development Corporation shall enter into a contract with the City of Saratoga for the maintenance of the common areas in such form as may be required by the City of Saratoga in accord with Section 4Ao6(a)(2) of Ordinance NS-3 of said City.
