AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-44 attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference is hereby adopted,
and the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga adopted by Section 1.8
of Ordinance NS-3 of said City, together with any amendments thereto,
is hereby changed and ~mended by substituting the crosshatched area
on the foregoing sectional district map for that portion of the Zoning
Map d~lineated in and by the within-adopted crosshatched portion of
the sectional district map.
So much of the .zoning Map of ~he City of Saratoga, together
with any amendments thereto~-as is in conflict With the within-adopted
s~ctiohal district map is hereby ~uperceded and repealed.
SECTION..2: This ordinahde reclassifies certain property shown on the
attached sectional district map from "A"
district to R-1-12,500 district. It shall become operati~e
and take effect on and after thirty (30) days from its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time
required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 4th day of
Septem~~ , 19 ~R , by the following vote:
AYES: Councihnen Tyler, I)wyers Smith, Robbins
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Sanders
