AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as foliows:
~ECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-45 attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference is hereby adopted,
and the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga adopted by Section 1.8
of Ordinance NS-3 of said City, together with any amendments thereto,
is hereby changed and amended by substituting the crosshatched area
on the foregoing sectional district map for that portion of the Zoning
Map delineated in and by the within-adopted crosshatched portion of
the sectional district map.
So much of the Zoning Map. of the City of Saratoga, together
with any amendments thereto~!as is in ho~flict wi~h the within-adopted
sectional dist'rict map is hereby superceded and repealed.
.SECTION 2: This orai~An~e reclassifieS certain property shown on the
at~achea §ac~ional district map from. R-1-40,p00
district tO R-.1-20,000 district. It shall become operative
and take effect on and after thirty (30) days from its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time
required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 4th day of
September , 19 ~8 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Dwyer, Smith, Robbins
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Sanders
