SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No,. ZC-54 ~ attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference, is hereby conditlonally adopted
pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance MS-3 of the City of Saratoga, Upon
compliance by .. Qal West. Communities~ Inc. . ~ with all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by references then and at
that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in comflict
~.;ith the cross-hatChed area sho~n in the above described sectional district map
shall be superceded and repealed,
SECTION 2: This drdih~nce conditionally ~eclassifies certain property sho~n on
the attached Sectional district map from
A (A~ricu!tura1) to R-M. 3~0Q0... (Multi-Famil..v ReS. idential~. .
It shall become operative and ~ke ~ffect on and' after thirty (30') aays
its date of passage,
This ordinance was regulariy introduced and after the waiting time required
by la~ was thereafter passed and adopted this -l~th day of December
19 ~0~ by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Dwyer, Bridges
NOES: Councilman Sanders
ABSENT: None ~ ~

(1) The overall plan, layout, facilities and exterior design
of structures be a~ shown on the Master Site Development
Plan.
(2) Construction commencement shall be within one (1] year
from the date of City Councii approval of the rezoning.
