NS-3-ZC -56 AN, ORDINANCE A}IENDING OP~IN~NCE NS-3- THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY A~Z~DING TIlE ZONING ~P The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows: SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-56 , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby conditionaladopted pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance NS-3 of the City of Saratoga. Upon compliance by_ M.~. Frazier with all conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, then and at that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in conflict with the cross-hatched area shown in the above described sectional district map shall be supercoded and repealed. SECTION 2: This' ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property shown on the attached sectional district map from 'A (Agricultural) to P-A (Professional-Administrativo) it shall become operative and take effect on and after thirty (30) days from its date of passage. This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 20th .day of January ,.197L by the follox.;ing: . TENENBAUM EXHIBIT A ORDINANCE NS-3-ZC-56 CONDITIONS OF ADOPTION OF SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP ZC-56 1, (a) Submission of bona fide occupants or uses within four (4) months of date of Council adoption of Ordinance NS-3-ZC-56 for review by Planning Commission. Said occupants or uses to be modified as required by the Planning Commission and approved by the Planning Commission within six (6) months of date of Council adoption of Ordinance NS-3-ZC-56. · 2, Submission of preliminary building plans to Planning Commission for review within nine (9) months of date of Council adoption of Ordinance NS-3-ZC-56. Said preliminary plans to be mod- ified as required by Planning .Commission and approved by Planning Commission within eleven (11) months of date of Council adoption of Ordinance NS-3-ZC-56. 3, Application for Building Permit for one story building to be submitted within one (1) year from date of City Council adoption of Ordinance NS-3-ZC-56. 4, Building construction to be started within fifteen (15j months from date of City Council adoption of Ordinance NS-3-ZC~56, SECTIONAL DISTR~CT MAP NO.
