AN 0RDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BY AMENDING T~E ZONING MAP
The City COun~l Of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1;. Sectional District Map N~.. .ZC-6 attached
hereto .and ~ncorporated herein by reference is
hereby adopteds and the .Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga
adopted by Section 1.8 of Ordinance NS-3 of said City, to-
gether with any amendmen{:s thereto~ is hereby changed and
amended by substitu~:ing ~he crosshatChed area On the for~-
going seCtio~al district map for that. portion of the Zoning
Map delineat~d in ahd by the within~adopted croSshatched
portion of the sectional district mapi
So much Of the ZOning Map of the City of Saratoga
together with any amendments thereto~ as is in conflict with
the within-adopted sectional district map is hereby superceded
and repealed.
SE. CTION 2: This ordinance reclassifies certain property
shown on the attached sectional district map
from Ri-10,000 district to C-N
district. It shall become.operative and take effect On
~ and after thirty (30) da~s from its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting
time required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 18th
day of April ~ 1962 , by the follo~ing vote:
