AN ORDINANCEAMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-61 attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference is hereby adopted,
and the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga adopted by Section 1.8
of Ordinance NS-3 of said City, together with any amendments thereto,
is hereby changed and amended by substituting the crosshatched area
on the foregoing sedti0hal district map for that portion of the Zoning
Map delineated in and by the within-adopted crosshatched portion of
the sectional district. map.
So much of th~ Zoning Map of t~e City of saratoga~ fogether
with any amendments thereto, as iS: in conflict with the within~adopted
sectional district map is hereby Shperceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance reclassifies certain property shown on the
attached sectional district map from "R-l-10,000"
district to "R-i-10,O00" "P-C" district. It shall become operative
and take effect on and after th~_r~y (30) days from its date of passage.
~his ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time
required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 18th day of

AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Dwyer, Bridges
