AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map N~. ~c-e& attached hereto
and incorporated herein.by reference is hereby adopted,
and the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga adopted by Section
of Ordinance NS~3 of said City, together with any amendments thereto,
is hereby changed and amended by substitutir~ the crosshatched area
on the foregoin~ sectional district map for that portion of the Zoning
Map delineated in and by the within-adopted crosshatched portion of
the sectional district map.

,SECTIbN 2i This ordinance reclassifie, certain property shown on the
attached sectional district map from ~-1-~0.000-
district to "A" district. It shall become operative
and take effect on and after th~z'~y (3J) days from its date of passdee.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waitin~ time
required by law w~s thereafter passed and adopted this lath day of
