Upon coupliance by DR. NAX ROBBINS with all conditions at- tached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, then and at that-tins so uuch of the zonina nap of the City of Sara- toaa as is in conflict with the cross-hatched area shown in the above described sectional district nap shall be. superceded and repealed. Development in Accord with Subdivision PLaps Said real property shall be developed only in accord vith the approved tentative subdivision map on file vlth the City of Saratoga, being File SDR-346, as said m~p presently exists or as it may hereafter be modified by the Saratoga Plannin~ Commission with the consent of the applicant. Failure to secure approval of and record final map for said property in one (1) year from date hereof, or failure to diligently prosecute said development in accord with said map within tvo (2) years from date hereof, shall constitute a breach of this condition. 2. Buildings No usa shall be made of any of said land except for the erection and construction of one (1) single story professional office structure, not exceeding 16 feet in height, as defined in Section 14.8, Saratoga Ordinance NS-3~ on any lot thereof, of residential appearance, subject to Design Review as per Article 13, Saratoga Ordinance NS-3, to carry on the uses herainafter specifically authorized. 3. Permitted Uses The lot may be used for any use set forth in Article 6~ Saratoga Ordinance NS-3, except the uses set forth in Sections 6.2(d)~ 6,3 (a) and 6.8 are not permitted. The term "pharmacists' as used in Sec~ on 6.2 shall mean prescription pharmacists only.
