AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDIi~NCE
BY AMENDING ~HE ZONING MAP
~he City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains ad followS;'
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. C-181 attached hereto and
incorporated hereln by reference is hereby adopted, and the Zonln~
Map of the City of Saratoga adopted by Section 1.8 of Ordinance
NS-3 of said City, together ~rlth any amendments thereto, is hereby
changed and auended by substituting the crosshatched area on the
foregoing sectional district nmp for that portion of the Zoning Map
delineated in and by the vithln-adopted crosshatched portion of. the
sectional district ~ap.
So ~uch of the Zonix~ )~p of the City of Saratoga, together vit
with any amendments thereto, as is in conflict with the within-adopted
sectional district map is hereby superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance reclassifies certain property sho~n on
the attached sectional district map from "A" district to
~-1-10~000" district. It shall become operative and take effect
on ~nd after thirty (30) days from its date of passage.
This ordinance was reEularly introduced and after the waiting time
required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this '16~h day of
i/october 1976 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN BRIDGES, CORR, MATTEONI, KRAUS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMAN BRIGHAM
